Where are you at this morning? Do you feel fat? Do you feel spunky?
If fat, then spend extra time putting yourself together, to look your slimmest.
If spunky, take this chance to dress a bit sassier, and get ahead of the weight loss project.
We are creatures of how we feel at the time. So use that to your advantage, don’t fight it. When we have a “FAT” day, it’ll set a whole series of bad eating days in a row if we don’t acknowledge it right off.
NEVER DENY WHAT YOU’RE FEELING! A quick “ok- this is where I’m at today” makes all the difference in how fast we turn around those weaker days.
But when you have a powerful day, acknowledging that can set in motion several strong healthy days in a row just as easily.

Thanks for your post. I was having one of those frightful “fat” days you talk about. But I sucked it up, looked at myself in the mirror, said “yup, it’s a fat day” and made a point to eat a little more sensibly. Tomorrow will be a better day.
