Feeling Angry Today

Feeling Angry…

Today I am angry. I have a list of what is making me angry. It goes something like this.

1. After losing 70 lbs, I can’t seem to lose 10, the magic 10 that takes me to my disillusional holy grail.

2. I’m very successful at my job by all my company standards, but have to continually prove my worth (exhausting).

3. I still overeat.

4. Everything is constantly changing… I am constantly relearning but not getting more free time or richer or more relaxed!

5. Flakiness has become an art form in L.A. And the blow off is now a required college course.

6. Our sound-bite society makes judgments of me, and for me, and doesn’t want to get to know me.

7. I set the bar fairly high, and if I say someone else can’t be on my team due to poor work ethic, I’m either intolerant or cocky (maybe I have a personal vision of what could be better!).

8. PLEASE, THANK YOU, AND EXCUSE ME. I guess those are outdated.

9. About 50% of the time a computer is holding me up or keeping me from interacting with people.

FRUSTRATION…
I eat when I’m frustrated or angry or feel trapped, or in a rut. Most of this is happening right now. So I followed my own advise and bought all my favorite foods that are healthy. Hired a trainer for 3 sessions (I said I was angry today and he used it to my benefit- great workout today). I will eat dinner with my very slender girlfriend and I threw out all my bad stuff!
