A Gluten Free Dish
What You Will Need:
Marinade: 1/2 Cup of GF soy sauce 4 Crushed garlic cloves 2 Tsp. ginger, chopped 2 Tsp. lime juice 2 Tsp. honey 1/4 Tsp. red pepper flakes 1/4 Tsp. sesame oil
Grill: 2 Lbs. beef tenderloin or top sirloin, cut into 1" cubes 12 Mushrooms 2 Zucchini, cut into 12" slices 1 Red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1" squares 2 Sweet onions cut into 1/2" wedges
Directions:
Mix all marinaded ingredients together. Add all other ingredients. Marinate for 30 minutes. Ready grill or set oven to broil. Skewer meat and vegetables one after the other. Grill or broil, turning frequently, until meat is done. Don't burn vegetables.
Meat and vegies will complete in about 10 minutes. Serve 3 skewers per serving with steamed white rice.
