A Gluten Free Dish What You Will Need: 8-10 Chicken wings 2 Tbsp. sake 1 Tbsp. GF Hoisin sauce 1 Tbsp. fish sauce 1 Tbsp. honey 1 Tbsp. Thai Sriracha chile sauce 3 Garlic minced cloves 2 Tbsp. minced ginger Cooking Directions: Mix ingredients in a small bowl, except chicken wings. Wash chicken and place in a sealable plastic bag with sauce. Marniate overnight. Heat broiler. Place chicken wings on broiler pan and on rack at about center point of oven. Broil for 5-10 minutes, until browned. Turn wings over and broil until browned on other side. Set oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve right away and Enjoy! |
