A restored body is a clear body. A cleanse, a light fast if you're up to it, or just a few days of light and easy food can reset an angry body. You must constantly replace and exchange the oil to keep your car running strong and clean and smoothly. Water washes the toxins from our organs, muscles and blood. It makes sense that if the water is consistently replaced the body is in a state of BALANCE. Again, we have no problem washing our bodies on the outside, so must we wash it on the inside. Water also keeps hunger at bay, helps our brain function, and keeps our skin soft and youthful. SLEEP Here are just a few awful things linked to chronic lack of sleep.
