Well-known judge on "American Idol" has struggled with his weight for years. At his heaviest he was 329 pounds. After being diagnosed with diabetes he decided to have gastric bypass surgery to reach a more ideal weight, he lost over 100 pounds from the surgery and is now much healthier. "I have become accustomed to yoga, and I love the stretching and how it makes my body feel better and looser," he says of his morning routine."
