You will need:

  • 3/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup liquid egg substitute
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

 

To prepare for this dish you will need to preheat your waffle maker.

Mix up the ingredients in a medium to large size bowl.

Add egg substitute, milk, and vanilla extract, and stir thoroughly untill smooth.

Ladle 2/3 cup of batter into preheated waffle maker, and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until golden. Makes 3 medium size pancakes.
